Sat Sokvisal holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Royal University of Law and Economics and Bachelor of International Studies with the emphasis on International Economics from Institute of Foreign Languages of the Royal University of Phnom Penh. Prior to joining RHTLaw Cambodia, Visal worked as an intern at various institutions, including a government agency, an international organisation, as well as a legal think tank.
